Welcome to B. Cole & Associates Pool Management Company.  We are glad you are here.  We are currently hiring lifeguards, pool cleaners, and supervisors for the 2023 summer season.  To be eligible to work, you must be at least 15 years old, complete and pass a BCA Pools training course, and attend an orientation class.   To get started, please complete the list below

1.  Fill out an application by clicking on link below.

2.  Complete and pass the online portion of the certification course

3.  Attend an BCA Pools orientation (included with the in-person portion of the class)

4.  Complete and pass the in-person portion of the certification course
